Suggested information for working with people and organizations, and in political environment:
The Iron Law of Organization
Unless
specifically excluded, all organizations with power, audience
or capital will automatically be controlled, dominated, ruled, or
ruined by one or more of the following quad: opportunists, neurotics, partisans
or agents.
.
Or in in the more vernacular: unless kept out, all organizations with
anything worth ripping off, will be ripped off by crooks, commies,
crazies or agents.

The Iron Law of Political Candidate Selection
Whereas a community of one Hundred persons can elect a political
representative who is honest, capable and loyal to his constituency, the reason
is that every one knows everybody else
and who is honest and who is not. A community of one Hundred
Thousand cannot elect an honest political representative because
each member only knows about 0.1% of the community and the
community, as a whole, can know nobody. Usually what happens
is that groups of opportunists form and each presents one of their
members to the public as an honest and capable person, and one of
them is elected.
.
The opportunist groups, themselves, generally, have little money but
require a lot to win the credibility of an incredulous public. This
money is provided by political action committees and are repaid
by votes for corporate interests. Thus local groups, Republican and
Democrats are controlled by corporations; but they are allowed to
differ only sufficiently to maintain the illusion of democracy. On all
matters of importance to corporations, Congress will not budge
and will always support the matters of corporate interest.
There is nothing that the public can do except remove all the Congressmen and
replace them with honest, capable and constituency loyal Congressmen. All other
efforts to make Congressmen vote
in the interests of the people will be doomed. Congress is simply not
going to cut its own throat ( neither will anybody else ).
.
The key problem of politics is, thus, the impossibility of knowing,
on the part of the community, whom to select for a candidate. Each
possible candidate is known by only few people, honest and dishonest; but how
does one distinguish between the two? How do we
know the honesty of those trying to distinguish between the two? If
some who knows the possible candidate is honest, how can we
know if this person can assess personality accurately? If the possible candidate
is honest, how do we know how well he can grasp
the complexity of politics? Anybody who is dishonest, capable and
ambitious to become a political representative will be smart enough
to deliberately exhibit all all the characteristics of honesty, anyway.
Fortunately, there is a way out of this problem. Psychologists can
evaluate personality accurately and cannot be fooled. To make use
of psychologists' skill, we should form new political clubs, once
formed, the clubs should advertise for applicants for the position of
candidate, then use rigorous tests, including, most importantly,
psychological evaluation to select the best applicant. for more

These efforts are enthusiastically supported and funded by the Establishment,
which also supports and funds not-for-profits organizations, Universities,
Colleges, etc. The Establishment supports
above, not because it loves mankind, but because Hundreds of
thousands of people are kept very busy so that they do not have
time to take part in the only activity that will make any difference to
the American people namely, electoral politics.
The reader, very likely, spends a lot of time in some of the above
mentioned activities, achieving very, net, little, if we are to believe
the iron law of charity, quoted below. Taking part in the above
activities is not immoral unless the reader does not point out that
these activities actually accomplish very little according to the
iron law of charity. True, these activities are good for personal
satisfaction, getting a meaning out life, self-righteousness etc.
.
The Iron Law Charity
The Establishment sets the standard of living of the population as
a compromise between their profits and their security. If the standard of living
exceeds the set standard, the Establishment looses
profits; if the standard of living is less than the set point, the
Establishment's security is lessened. Thus if any charity increases the
standard of living, then the Establishment will just increase their
profits
( they are legally obliged to maximize their return on investments ) until the
previously set level is reached.
.
For example, in a smallish town the local establishment decides to
raise the rent until fifty people become homeless, more than that
will affect their political stability. In comes ex-President Jimmy
Carter, with his very energetic volunteers and builds quarters for
the homeless. How will the local establishment respond? By
raising the rents again, until fifty people become homeless. Then...
